摘要
指出风电场与常规能源电厂的主要区别,介绍了恒速恒频和变速恒频两种风力发电系统的运行原理及各自接入电力系统的现状和主要问题,阐述了风力发电场并网过程时电网产生冲出,风电场运行对电能质量、保护装置、电网频率和对电力系统运行成本等几方面产生的影响。
The differences between the wind farm and the conventional power plants are presented, and the working principles of two kinds of wind power systems, the constant speed constant frequency system and the variable speed constant frequency system, are analyzed, as well as the status quo of their interconnection and major problems. The influence of wind farm interconneetion on the grid are illuminated, e.g. it will exert impact on the grid during the interconneetion process and its operation will affect the power quality, the protection devices, the grid's frequency, and the operational cost of the power system.
