摘要
采用放免分析方法测定６４例胆囊结石择期胆囊切除术患者静脉复合麻醉前后血浆内皮素水平变化，结果表明，静脉复合麻醉后患者收缩压（１０１．５±２７．４ｍｍＨｇ）较麻醉前显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），血浆内皮素水平（１６２．４±３１．８ｐｇ／ｍｌ）亦较麻醉前降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），表明静脉复合麻醉后，血浆内皮素的合成、分泌、抑制或代谢速率增加，致血浆内皮素水平降低是导致麻醉后血压下降的原因之一。
The plasma levels of endothelin pre and post intravenous combined anesthesia were detected in 64 cases of cholecystectomy patients by means of radioimmunoassay The results showed that systilic blood pressure(101 5±27 4mmHg)in the recovery period was decreased significantly( P <0 05) The plasma level of endothelin in the recovery period(162 4±31 8pg/ml)was decreased significantly ( P <0 05)as compared to the anesthesia stage The results suggested that reduction of blood pressure in the recovery period was due to inhibition of endothelin synthesis or to the increased metabolism rate
