摘要
当代中国政治哲学无疑处于初创阶段,研究范式的讨论对于该学科沿着规范轨道生长具有重要的学科价值。哲学的实践使命与学科特质决定了范式问题的真正解决有赖于"问题范式"的形成。关注、解读"中国问题"是当代中国政治哲学研究范式所以可能和得以建构的基本学术路径。解读"中国问题",可以从哲学高度认知,从当代中国所处的历史境遇定位,从当代中国人性的发展状态观照,从社会公正的角度揭示。"中国问题"在于现代性的缺乏的根本特质决定了打通"问题"进入范式并形成"问题范式"之通道,以理性多元、立宪民主和公民理性为基本维度的公共理性成为极为重要而有效的理念诉求。以此为范导,立足中国语境,可以也应该构建起以问题为中心的当代中国政治哲学研究范式。
Contemporary Chinese political philosophy is no doubt in its infancy, and the discussion of study paradigm releases the disciplinary value which makes the discipline advance steadily along the path of development. The phronesis and unique nature of philosophy premises that the solution of problem of paradigm depend on the formation of paradigm of problem. Concerning and interpreting ＂China problem＂ is the basic academic method to construct the study paradigm in contemporary Chinese political philosophy. Interpreting ＂China problem＂ may be conducted from a high degree of cognitive philosophy, from the historical orientation of contemporary China, from the development of contemporary Chinese humanity, and from the perspective of the exposure in social justice. The idiosyncracy of ＂China problem＂ lacking of modernity foregrounds the formation of paradigm of problem, which requires the previous solution of issue of problem and paradigm, and foregrounds the public reason to be theoretical pursuit with multi-rational, constitutional democracy and civilian reason being basic dimensions. Guided by the pursuit and based on the Chinese context, the study paradigm of contemporary Chinese political philosophy centering on problem could be established.
