摘要
[目的]探讨针药结合对慢性肾小球肾炎大鼠的治疗作用。[方法]观察针药结合治疗对尾静脉注射小牛血清白蛋白所诱发慢性肾小球肾炎大鼠的尿蛋白、血清肌酐、尿素氮和对肾脏组织病理的影响。[结果]针药结合治疗能降低肾炎模型大鼠尿蛋白、血清肌酐和尿素氮水平;抑制炎症浸润及肾小管上皮细胞变性坏死,减轻肾组织的病理变化。[结论]针药结合对慢性肾小球肾炎大鼠有显著的治疗作用,增强免疫功能,加速尿蛋白的消除,增加重吸收,降低血清肌酐、尿素氮的水平。
[ Objective] ：To discuss the cure action of the acupuncture and the moxibustion combined with Chinese Medicine on the chronic glomerulonephritis model rat. [ Methods] ：（ 1 ） Observe to the resultant treatment of the acupuncture with Chinese medicine and compare the effect on the production of the urea nitrogen, proteinuria, serum ereatinine, pathoanatomical and used the statistical layout of the data. （2）Injury the experimental rats by injecting the bovine serum - albumen through it＇s caudal vein - causing the model be able to study. [ Results] ：This treatment was useful and effective to reduce the urea nitrogen, proteinuria, serum ereatinine caused by the inflammation of chronic glomerular nephritis rats. [ Conclusion ] ：This treatment had effective cure function and could accelerate elimination of the urea nitrogen, proteinuria, serum ereatinine. In this research indicated that the acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine could helps to improve the immunity, was able to increase absorption from chronic kindney disease on rats.
