摘要
利用在全连铸生产条件下进行工业性试验的大量数据和资料，着重总结分析２０ｔ转炉生产０９ＣｒＰＶ耐候钢的冶炼、脱氧合金化及钢水炉外吹氩、喂线处理的操作工艺和经验。
With the aid of a lot of data and references obtained from industrial experiments carried out under the conditions of sequence casting,this paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the processes and experiences on melting of 09CrPV weather resisting steel in 20t converter,deoxidization and alloying,Ar bubbling from outside of converter and line feeding.
