摘要
医疗信息系统的设计与开发过程中重要问题是与外部系统进行数据交换。为医疗信息系统设计一套与外部系统进行数据交换的接口是整个系统开发中的核心的工作。简述了HL7标准及其数据交换的基本原理,通过对一个完整的医疗信息交换系统的研究,对其中的消息交换任务管理模块、HL7消息传输模块的原理进行了阐述。提出了一种基于HL7标准的医院信息系统网关的设计方案,同时给出一个完整的网关实现框架。
In the process of designing and developing of hospital information system, an important problem is the data exchanging in each other hospital information system. It is a core apart in the hospital information that the interface of data exchange, on which this thesis is focused. This Paper simply introduce the HL7 standard and theory of data exchange, through research of integrated medical information exchange system, it expatiate the theory of message exchange assignment management module and HL7 message transmit module. It brings forward a scheme based on HL7 standard of hospital information system and at the same time it makes a integrated gateway implement structure.
