摘要
粮食安全是城乡和谐发展的关键问题,而农业直接补贴政策又是实现粮食安全的重要手段,但是2004年以来实行农业直接补贴政策在补贴方式、补贴范围和对象、补贴资金来源、补贴力度等方面均存在诸多缺陷,本文在分析政策缺陷的基础上,着重提出了各方面的改进意见,以期对将来农业直接补贴政策的完善有所帮助。
The food security is the key question of city and countryside＇ s harmonious development. The policy of agricultural direct subsidy is the important means which realizes the food security, since the policy put into practice in 2004 , there has been many flaws in subsidy＇ s mode, scope and object, sources of fund, degree and so on. Based on the anglicizing the flaws, this article proposes emphatically various improvement opinion, which will help the consummation of agriculture direct subsidy policy.
