摘要
埃托.索特萨斯(Ettore Sottsass)在西方现代设计史中,是一位非常重要的艺术与设计人物,他从"激进设计"到"后现代设计",创立了著名设计组织——孟菲斯(Memphis)设计事务所,并围绕着艺术观念和设计文化进行了大胆的设计探索与创作实验。力图从埃托.索特萨斯的设计观念及设计文化理念所进行的设计创造活动中,研究和解读它的内在艺术本质与创造方法,以此感悟和理解设计创新的可能性与可持续性,以启迪当下的艺术设计教育和设计创造活动。
Ettore Sottsass is a very important designer in the history of Western art design. Changing from ＂radical design＂ to ＂post-modern design＂, he established a famous art design society-Memphis Design Office, and made bold explorations and experiments of design around art sense and design culture. This article probes and analyses the inner artistic nature and creative method of his design culture, in order to shed light on the possibility and sustainability of design innovation, and brings insight for the present art design education and creative activities.
