原发进展性冻结步态一例 被引量：5

摘要 原发进展性冻结步态（pfimary progressive freezing of gait，PPFG）指患者在行走过程中出现的一过性步态异常，无肌强直、运动减少、震颤等帕金森症状，无其他神经疾病表现，对多巴胺制剂不敏感，病情渐加重。通过对中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库等进行检索，尚未发现国内有该病例的报道。为此，我们对本院诊断的1例PPFG临床资料进行分析，现报道如下。
