摘要
目的探讨具有专科特色的颌面部创伤信息管理及评估系统的建立方法.方法采用Visual Studio2007和SQL Server2007软件在Windows XP Professional操作系统下建立颌面部创伤信息管理及评估系统.结果通过该系统可以实现将颌面创伤患者资料录入,进行检索、分析、创伤评分研究以及术后结果评分.结论该系统专科数据采集全面,查询方便,通过该系统的创伤评分及术后评分可实现对创伤诊治的客观评估.
Objective To design and implement professional oral and maxillofacial trauma information management and evaluation system in order to improve the ability of the study of maxillofacial trauma. Method We adopted SQL Server 2007 and C＋＋Buider6.0 as the database platform construction. Results We inputted the cause of trauma, injury type, treatment, trauma outcome into the database. Through the system, we analyzed, searched and the data, studied the injury score and results score. Conclusions The statistical calculation system is accurate. Assesstion can be realized objectively by scoring. It can be used to collect and study standard maxillofacial trauma cases efficiently.
