应用流式细胞仪评价4种铸造合金细胞毒性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的用流式细胞仪检测临床常用的4种进口铸造合金(镍铬合金、钛合金、钴铬合金、金合金)的细胞毒性.方法用流式细胞仪测定不同合金浸提液中培养的人牙龈成纤维细胞各增殖周期时相的DNA百分含量,计算细胞的增殖指数和增殖指数百分比.结果金合金的增殖指数最大,其次为钴铬合金、钛合金,镍铬合金的增殖指数最小.结论4种进口铸造合金中,镍铬合金的细胞毒性最大;金合金的细胞毒性最小;其次为钴铬合金、钛合金.建议尽量减少镍铬合金的临床应用,以保证患者使用修复体的生物安全性. Objective To identify the cytotoxicity of these four dental casting alloys by FCM. Method Flow Cytometry (FCM) was used to evaluate the cytotoxicity of four alloys to human gingival fiberblast cells. Results Through the statistic analysis, there was no statistical difference between the 4 group and the negative control group (P 〉 0.05). It was found that there was no apparent cytotoxicity of all the four alloys. Conclusion These four alloys have good biocompatibilities.
