摘要
目的研究留守儿童心理健康与家庭亲密度和适应性的状况及两者的相关性。方法采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)和家庭亲密度和适应性量表(FACES II-CV),对山东省济宁地区及临沂地区的500名留守儿童进行调查。结果不同性别的留守儿童心理健康状况有所差异,父母同时外出务工、一方外出务工以及抚养人的不同对孩子心理健康的影响有统计学差异。父母外出情况、生活情况、年级和性别是影响留守儿童家庭功能的重要因素。结论留守儿童的心理问题比较严重,其家庭亲密度和适应性状况不容乐观,心理健康与家庭亲密度和适应性密切相关。
Objective To study the situation of left-behind children＇s mental health, family intimacy and adaptability. Methods 500 left-behind children in the Jining area and the Linyi area were enrolled and MHT and FACES Ⅱ-CV questionnaires were used. Results The statistics showed that left-behind children＇s mental health varied based on gender. Children whose parents both worked outside behaved quite differently compared with those whose father or mother worked outside. Also, different guardians would exert different influences on the children. The key factors affecting left-behind children＇s family function were the state of parents＇ going out for work, living conditions, gender and grade. Conclusion Left-behind children＇s mental health is serious. The state of left-behind children＇s family cohesion and adaptability is not optimistic. The mental health of left-behind children is closely related to family intimacy and adaptability.
