摘要
个人合作建房尝试是老百姓对高额的房价抵制,为实现自己"居者有其屋"的梦想展开的迫于无奈的自我拯救。但个人合作建房存在难以取得土地、组织形式、资金等问题,同时它不能解决我国住房的基本问题。个人合作建房不能成为我国住房形式。我国只有建立经济适用房、廉租房和商品房的住房模式体系,才能解决老百姓居住的生存需要问题。
Individuals try to be cooperative housing for people to resist high prices, in order to realize their ＂home ownership＂ dream start of forced self-rescue. However, the individuals take the existence of cooperative housing forms of organization, funding and other issues at the same time. It can not solve the basic problem of housing in China. Personal cooperative housing can not be in the form of housing in China. China must build the housing model system of affordable housing, low-cost housing and the commercial housing, so the needs of people living in the survival of the problem can be resloved.
