摘要
目的:探讨尿激酶溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死后的监测与护理。方法:溶栓治疗后,经过抗凝、活血化瘀、心理、生活、饮食、排便等护理干预,巩固冠状动脉再通的效果。结果:42例溶栓治疗者好转出院,随访反馈生活质量基本恢复。结论:正确的护理措施对急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗后的康复有重要的意义。
Objective：To explore the monitoring and nursing care of acute myocardial infarction treated with urokinase thrombolysis. Methods：after thrombolytic therapy, nursing interventions like anticoagulation, promoting blood circulation, psychological nursing, living and diet care, and defecation are applied to strengthen the efficacy of Coronary Reperfusion. Resuhs：42 cases with thrombolytic therapy have been cured and discharged from the hospital, and their life have returned to normal through measures are of vital significance for the rehabilitation family follow-up. Conclusion： appropriate nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction with thrombolytic therapy.
