摘要
目的总结3种无张力疝修补术疗效和并发症。方法自2002至2004年我院对278例腹股沟区疝患者实施无张力疝修补术(疝环充填式,PHS,平片)对其复发率及其他并发症的发生率进行总结。结果总的复发率1.79%(5/278);疝环充填式2.46%(3/122),PHS 1.25%(1/80),平片1.32%(1/76);术后疼痛:21.2%(61/278);疝环充填式37.7%(46/122),PHS 13.8%(11/80),平片5.3%(4/76);术后感染:1.79%(5/278),疝环充填式2.46%(3/122),PHS 2.5%(2/80),平片0.0%(0/76)。结论 3种无张力疝修补方式疗效相同,并发症发生率略有差别,可以根据病情和自己熟练程度选择应用。
Objective To sum up the effect and complications of the 3 styles of tension-free hernioplasties. Methods 278 patients with inguinal hernias in our hospital from 2002 to 2004 were gotten tensionfree hernioplasty（ mesh plug, PHS and patch, ） , the recurrent rate and incidence of complications were analyzed. Results The overall recurrent rate was 1.79% （ 5/278 ）, mesh plug 2.46% （ 3/122 ）, PHS 1.25% （1/80） ,patch 1. 32% （ 1/76 ）. Post-operative pain： the overall 21. 2% （61/278）; mesh plug 37. 7% （46/122）, PHS 13.8% （ 11/80 ）, patch 5.3 % （ 4/76 ）. Post-operative infection ： 1.79% （ 5/278 ） ; mesh plug 2.46% （3/122）, PHS 2.5% （2/80） ,patch 0（0/76）. Conclusions The effects of the three styles were similar but their complications were different. You can select one of them according to the patients and your skills.
