摘要 后现代教育思想作为后现代思潮的一部分,不可避免地冲击着教育理论的构建和教育实践的运行,极大地影响了人们对教育的认识。师生关系问题历来是教育、教学中一个非常重要的问题。后现代主义的师生观强调"平等与对话",认为对话型师生关系的本质是民主和创造。它充满着生命活力,学生体验的是平等、自由、尊重、信任、理解和宽容,培育的是自主自觉的意识、自我实现的欲望、开拓创新的激情和积极进取的人生态度。这对当前我国正在进行的新课程改革具有重大的启示和影响。 As a part of postmodern trend of thought, the postmodern educational thought has a great impact on the construction of the educational theory and the education practice, and influences the people's cognition of education. The teacher-student relationship is always a very important problem in the educa- tion and the teaching field. In the view of the postmodern educationalists, the relationship between teacher and student is "equality and dialogue". This relationship is full of democracy and creation. The student feels equal, liberal, respected and trusted. It will give great revelation and influence to the Reform of New Curriculum, which is being carried on in our country.
