摘要
随着科教兴桂和人才强桂战略的实施与推进,广西高校与地方经济和社会发展的关系日益密切,高校十分重视科研为地方经济和社会发展服务,科研成果的产出水平和转化应用能力不断提高,服务的方式和质量也不断改善。然而,由于种种原因,广西高校科研服务地方经济的整体能力还不强,高校的科研成果未能获得企业的充分信任和利用,高校科研服务地方经济仍缺少地方政府的大力支持。为推进广西高校科研更好地服务地方经济,高校应充分发挥其科研优势并加强"校企合作",企业应主动寻求高校为其科研的合作伙伴、技术的支撑单位,地方政府则应为高校、企业、科研院所搭建合作的平台。
With the implementing and advancing of the stratagem of building a powerful and prosperous Guangxi by science, education and talents, Guangxi＇s colleges and universities have an increasingly close relationship with local economy. Colleges and universities attach great important to scientific research in serving local economy and social development, the output level of scientific research achievement as well as the transferring and applying ability are unceasingly heightening, and the ways and quality of serving have been improving too. However, for some reason, the comprehensive ability of the research in serving local economy is still weak, it hasn＇t had enough local government support, and enterprises and society＇s confidence in and utilizing of research achievement is insufficient. In order to push ahead the research in serving local economy, colleges and universities should exert their advantages in scientific research completely and strengthen the cooperation of schools and enterprises; enterprises should seek colleges and universities as their cooperative partners and technique supporting departments in scientific research; and local governent should create a platform for the cooperation of the colleges and universities, the enterprises and the scientific research institutes.
