摘要
为了研究某特种车辆方舱的动力学特性,应用HyperMesh和MSC.Patran软件建立了该方舱有限元模型。建模采用壳单元和实体单元相结合的方法,以模拟方舱结构。同时,运用有限元分析软件MSC.Nastran,对该方舱进行了模态分析。计算结果表明,方舱以弯曲振动为主,前7阶的固有频率集中在53~98HZ之间,振幅较大区域集中于各板上一些窗户和门等开口处。因此,需要增加门沿和窗沿附近的加强筋数量或骨架刚强度,同时为了避免产生共振,引起结构破坏失效,激励频率应避开方舱的固有频率。
To research the dynamics characteristics of a special vehicle square cabin,it uses the software HyperMesh and MSC.Patran to build the square cabin FEM model. The FEM modeling method is using shell and solid cells to simulate the cabin structure. At the same time ,the FEM software MSC.Nastran has been used to analyze mode of the square cabin. The results show that the main vibration of the square cabin is bending,the inherence frequencies of the primary seven modal orders are between 53-98 Hz, amplitudes of the vibrations are concentrated on the windows ,doors and hatches. Therefore it is useful to increase the numbers of reinfarcing supports of the door edges and the window edges or the stiffness and intensity of the frameworks. Simultaneous ,to avoid resonance and the structure breaking, it is good that the excitation frequency avoids the inherence frequencies.
