摘要
为实现零件库的可动态扩充,开发一个独立于CAD平台的数据库是关键。从零件库需求出发,建立了参数化零件的信息模型。并在此基础上参照ISO13584标准组织零件库总体结构,提出了一种开放式的数据库模型。该数据库采用多参数存储技术实现了零件和组件以及不同零组件规格的统一表达,具有良好的信息完整性和较小的数据冗余。在此数据库上开发的基于Pro/E零件库系统很好的支持了零、组件的动态扩充和方便调用。
To realize the dynamic expansion of the parts library,it is very important to develop a database which is irrelevant with the CAD environment. The information model of parameterized parts was built considering the needs of a parts library. By organizing the parts of library in the way ISO 13584 did, an open database model was given. This model expresses parts and assemblies ,specs of different parts in a uniform way by using multi-parameter storage technique. It can express the integrated information of parts with little redundancy. It library system which was built on the database can support the dynamic expansion and conveniently checking out of parts and assemblies.
