摘要
我们经过5年的探索和实践，在汲取国内外先进的财务管理经验和计算机技术基础上，自行研发并构架了医院财务管理平台。全面实现了医院收支的无纸化管理和对财物的全程条码卡管理，建立健全了医院的成本核算和医院运营的数字化体系，对固定资产实现了条码管理。5年的实践过程表明，整个体系优化了业务流程，提高了工作效率，降低了差错，同时也削减了人力。
After five - year exploration and practice, we have self- developed hospital＇s financial management system. We implemented fully - paperless hospital＇s income and expense management and whole barcode in property management, constructed digital hospital costing and administration system. The practice shows, the system has optimized work process, improve efficiency, and reduced errors and labor.
