摘要
本文根据毛细管气相色谱的分析结果,探讨了使用戊二酮钐配合物——倍半氯乙基铝——三苯基膦三元催化体系时丙烯二聚产物六碳烯烃的分布与主要反应条件的关系,得知:随Al_2/Sm变化,反、顺异构体的比值t/c在最佳Al_2/Sm(60℃时,Al_2/Sm为25)时出现最大值(t/c=2.21);而不稳定异构体含量出现最小值(Al_2/Sm为25时,4—甲基戊烯—1的含量为2.9%),稳定异构体含量出现最大值(Al_2/Sm为25时,2—甲基戊烯—2的含量为13.1%)。这些数据表明:此时组成的三元催化体系催化烯烃双键、顺反异构均最活泼。
By means of result of Gas Chromatographic, the constitution of dimer products catalyzed by Sm(acac)3 - Al2Cl3Et3 - Pph3 was analyzed and it was known that when Al2/Sm was the optimum (for example, 60℃, 25) theratio t/c of transconfiguration(t) and eisconfiguration(e) appeared maxum(2, 21); the content of unstable isomeride (from the point ofthermodymamic) e-meraged lowest value (4 - Methyl Pentene -1,2.9) and thecontent of stable isomeride emerged highest value (2 - Methyl Pentene- 2,13.1). These values showed that this catalyst Composition wat mostactive not only for the isomerization of double bond but also for theisomerization of geometric (Cis and trans isomer)of dimer products.
