摘要
流脑是由脑膜炎双球菌引起的化脓性脑膜炎,起病急骤,传变迅速,临床以突起高热、头痛、呕吐、皮肤粘膜瘀点和脑膜刺激征为主要表现。为了进一步探讨流脑的发病规律,更好地做好预防工作,选取陕西省22年流脑各月份的发病资料,进行统计分析,与运气推演结果相对照,结果表明流脑发病与运气理论有一定相关性。
Epidemic meningitis is purulent meningococcal meningitis caused by meningococcus. It has abrupt onset and rapid change. The main clinical manifestations include： high fever, headache, vomiting, skin and membrane petechiae, and meningeal irritatation sign. To further study occurrence rule of epidemic meningitis and prevent better, occurrence data of each month in Shaanxi of last 22 years were chosen and analyzed statistically, and then were compared with result from Yun - Qi Theory. The result showed there is certain correlation between occurrence of epidemic meningitis and Yun - Qi Theory.
