摘要
目的：了解山东省中小学校医与保健教师艾滋病认知与态度，为开展预防艾滋病师资培训及制定政策提供依据。方法对山东省6个城市397名中小学校医与保健教师进行艾滋病认知与态度问卷调查，用SPSS13．0进行分析。结果被调查者对艾滋病传播途径等基本知识的知晓率达到81．7％～97．9％，对艾滋病疫苗、世界艾滋病日、红丝带的意义、“四免一关怀”政策等知识的知晓率仅为50％左右。大学本科、医学专业毕业和来自全球基金资助地区的被调查者艾滋病知识得分分别是（20．80±2．48）分、（21．17±1．83）分和（20．85±2．06）分，分别高于其对照组（P〈0．05）。超过90％的被调查者认为健康教育和改变不良生活行为是预防艾滋病的最好方法。当前学校艾滋病宣传教育工作存在的困难是缺少师资、课时和宣传资料，师生缺乏防艾意识。结论提高学校领导对健康教育的重视程度；加强对中小学校医、保健教师的预防艾滋病培训；在山东省各地区开展预防艾滋病宣传教育；提高校医和保健教师的整体素质。
Objective To study the cognition and attitude on AIDS among school doctors and health education teachers of primary and middle schools in Shandong province, and provide basis for training and policy of prevention. Methods 397 cases of School doctors and health education teachers from six cities of Shandong province were surveyed by self-administered questionnaire, and the data are analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Resuhs The awareness rate of basic knowledge, such as transmission routes of AIDS, is from 81.7% to 97. 9 % . But for other knowledge, such as AIDS vaccine, AIDS Day, significance of red ribbon and the policy of ＂four frees and one care＂, the awareness rate is only about 50% . The scores of respondents who graduated from eoUeges, majored in medicine and come from areas that global funds granted are 20.80, 21.17 and 20.85 respectively, and they are higher than those of control groups （P〈 0.05） .More than 90% respondents believed that the best way of preventing AIDS are health education and healthy life behaviors. At present, the major difficulties of AIDS education in schools are shortage of teachers, time, material and consciousness of prevention. Conclusion Health education need to be valued by leaders, and training should be reinforced to improve school doctors and health education teachers＇ quality.
