摘要
建立了加速溶剂萃取菊花中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯的气相色谱串联质谱农残分析检测方法。探讨了选择性加速溶剂萃取技术在农残前处理上的应用,开发了集萃取、净化于一体的快速新型样品前处理技术。同时还对气相色谱串联质谱的质谱条件进行了优化,得到了一种快速准确高灵敏的农残检测方法。方法的回收率在80%-106%之间,精密度在5.6%-13%,并在1.0-6000μg/L范围内有良好的线性关系(R≥0.9967),检出限(S/N=3)〈0.5μg/L;定量限(S/N=10)〈1.67μg/L。
A method for the determination of three pyrethroids residues in chrysanthemum has been established. The selective accelerated solvent extraction technique was tested for the extraction of three pyrethroids residues in chrysanthemum. This technique simultaneously provided with the function of extraction and purification. The recoveries ranged from 80% to 106% with coefficients of variation between 5.6% to 13.0%. The developed method was linear over the range 1.0 - 6000μg/L with correlation coefficients ( R ≥ 0. 9967). And the detection limit of the method was less than 0.5 μg/L, the quantitative limit was less than 1.67 μg/L.
