摘要
针对界河金矿上向水平分层尾砂充填采矿法采场边界石料砌墙和钢筋网挂编织布边界墙应用中存在的问题,在试验总结的基础上提出了素混凝土边界墙方案,并详述了素混凝土边界墙施工工艺及浇筑注意事项。实践表明,采场素混凝土边界墙的应用不仅大幅度地降低了采矿损失率,也改善了作业安全条件,值得类似条件矿山借鉴。
There are some problems with the stone stope-boundary wall and steel mesh hanging cloth in the upward horizontal slice stoping and backfilling operation in Jiehe gold mine. Concrete stope-boundary wall is constructed to replace the stone ones. The construction technology and cautions are discussed in detail. It is proved that with the concrete wall, the mining loss ratio can be cut a lot and the working safety situation can be improved too.
