摘要
回转窑作为一种重型、多支承的装置,对于其轴线的测量,目前国内外已经有很大的改进和提高,但对于窑体的调整,还停留在手动机械操作的阶段,劳动强度大,且环境恶劣、精度不能保证,以及不能根据轴线的动态变化及时做出调整等,因此研究将测量与调整进行一体化的技术是及其必要的。
Being a heavy,multi-supporting device,rotary kiln axis measurement is an important work,which has been greatly improved and modified home and abroad till now.But for the adjustment of kiln body,it is still remained in the stage of mechanical handling manually that possess heavy labor intensity with poor working conditions,while the accuracy of adjustment cannot be guaranteed,and real-time modification according to the dynamic changes of kiln axis cannot be conducted.So,it is quite necessary to develop the integrated on-line technology for both kiln monitoring and adjustment.
