摘要
采用随机抽样调查、半结构访谈、实地考察、问卷调查及文献资料分析等方法,对广西木论国家级自然保护区周边社区群众的环境意识进行调查研究。结果表明,保护区周边社区群众的环保观念及态度对保护区的资源环境管理有重要的影响,环境意识较强的社区,其环境破坏行为通常较少,资源环境保护状况较好。针对资源环境管理与社区发展的矛盾冲突,提出了加强环境宣传教育,提高村民参与意识,调整乡村产业结构,引领社区经济发展,尊重地方文化习俗,实现保护发展双赢,构建和谐文明社区的若干建议和措施。
Taking methods of random questionnaires survey, semi-structured interviews, field survey and analysis of literature, the environmental awareness of the communities around Mulun nature reserve was investigated.Resuh showed that the environmental awareness,protection concepts and attitude of the communities surrounding could produce an important influence on the nature reserve＇ s environment and resources management. Furthermore, it also showed that the stronger conmmunities environmental awareness, the better situation of environmental and resources protection, and the less environmental destruction in the nature reserve. In order to solve the conflicts between communities development and biological resources management in the nature reserve, some suggestions and relevant countermeasures were put foreword, such as strengthening propaganda and education on environment, raising the awareness of villagers＇ participation in environmental protection, adjusting rural industrial structure, leading communities economic development, respecting the local cultural practices, realizing resources protection and community coordinated development, constructing harmonious and civilized communities.
