摘要
本文以不同的3-取代乙烯基-2, 2-二甲基环丙烷羧酸与1-硫(氧)代-4-羟甲基-1-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷反应,合成了两类十一个含笼状双环磷拟除虫菊酯类新化合物.经-IR,~1HNMR,MS及元素分析证明了产物的结构,对合成中的缩合加成一锅化反应和新化合物的质谱的裂解规律进行了讨论.
Two novel types of esters containing both phosphorus and pyrethrotd skeleton, 3-substituted vinyl-(1—8) or 3-substituted propyl-(9—11) 2, 2-dimethylcyclopropane carboxylic esters of 4-hydroxymethyl-1-phospha-2, 6, 7-trioxabicyclo [2.2.2] octanel-sulfide (oxide), have been synfhesized. Their structures were established by elemental analysis, IR, NMR and MS. It has been found that novel esters 1—8 can be prepared in high yield and excellent purity by the reaction of various chrysanthemic chlorides and 4-hydroxymethyl-1-phospha-2, 6, 7-trioxabicyclo [2.2.2] octane-1-sulfide (oxide) in the presence of base. Hydrogen chloride adds to 1, 3, 4 to give addition produots 9—11.
