三苯膦广泛用作均相络合催化剂或负载型络合催化剂的配体,但相应的三苯胂络合物研究得较少,特别是它们对硅氢加成反应的催化性能,迄令只有四(三苯胂)合钯、二卤化二(三苯胂)合镍、氯化二(三苯胂)合铑等个别报道,以及三苯胂作为氯铂酸的助催化剂的一些研究.高分子负载过渡金属三苯胂络合物。
A new type of polymer-supported hydrosilylation catalyst, γ-( p-di-phenylarsinophenyl ) propylsiloxane platinum complex has been synthesized from γ-( p-chlorophenyl ) propyltrimethoxysilane via arsination by potassium diphenylarsenide, followed by hydrolysis and immobilization on fumed silica, and by reacting the arsenical polymer ligand with potassium chloroplatinite. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis and XPS.
It was found that the title complex is effective as catalyst for the hydrosilylation of olefins by triethoxysilane between 40 and 110℃. The olefins used include dodecene, decene, ω-chloroundecene, allylben-zene,allyl phenyl ether and allyl glycidyl ether. The influence of reaction temperature, structure of hydrosilylation reagent, atmosphere etc. on catalytic activity as well as the recovery and reuse of the title complex catalyst were also investigated.
