摘要
针对在工程量清单编制、清单计价及工程结算过程中出现的问题,提出了完善工程量清单招投标的对策,以促进建设市场计价行为的规范化运作,维护工程量清单招投标双方的合法权益,提高工程项目的经济效益。
According to the questions encountered in preparing engineering quantity list, engineering bill pricing and project settlement processes perfect countermeasures are proposed for bidding of engineering quantity list, in order to promote the normalized running of pricing behaviors in building market to protect legal benefits of both parts to increase the economic return of engineering project.
