摘要
通过对城市土地经营管理存在问题的分析,站在城市经营的角度,对城市土地经营管理战略进行了研究,以实现城市土地资源的优化配置,从而使城市土地资源健康、可持续的发展。
By analyzing the problems existed in urban land management and operation, starting from the aspect of urban operation, the urban land management and operation strategy was studied, so as to realize the optimal allocation of urban land resource, and make urban land resource health and sustainable development.
