摘要
在介绍小城镇总体规划编制历史沿革的基础上,阐明了当前小城镇总体规划编制中存在小城镇性质雷同,人口规模和城市化预测难度大,小城镇总体规划修改随意性大、时效性不够等问题,并提出了相应的建议与措施。
Based on the introduction of the compilation history of the general planning of the small town, the author describes the problems in the general planning compilation of the small town that the properties of the small towns are same, the prediction of the population scale and the urbanization is difficult, the casualness of the general planning modification of the small town is obvious and the timeliness is not enough, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and the measures.
