摘要
杭州逸天广场南区地库工程在结构封闭数月后,发现在伸缩缝位置产生较大的伸缩变形,止水带大部分被拉裂,分析原因后及时采取补救措施,并吸取经验在北区设计及施工中予以改进,使伸缩缝位置防水效果得以保证。
Months after the completion of the Southern Basement of Yitian Square Project in Hangzhou, more of the water stop was found broken due to the large movements of the expansion joints. Analysis and remedial measures introduced into the design and construction of the Northern Area to ensure the water-stopping effect of the expansion joint.
