实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应与老年性聋

摘要 实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)实现了PCR从定性到定量的飞跃,具有特异性更强、自动化程度高等特点。老年性聋发病机制复杂,目前研究方向已经集中在基因转录、翻译和细胞因子的表达上。实时荧光定量PCR技术已应用于老年性聋发病机制的研究,线粒体基因突变、细胞凋亡、氧化应激反应、神经递质及细胞因子表达异常是可能的因素。未来的研究应将该技术与生物芯片等技术相结合,筛选出老年性聋相关基因,为老年性聋的早期预警、早期干预提供了理论依据。
