摘要
目的探讨潜艇官兵心理应激的影响因素及其相互作用方式和途径。方法对437名潜艇官兵进行量表测评,包括心理社会应激调查表(PSSG)、生活事件量表(LES)、卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16-PF)、特质应对问卷(TCSQ)和领悟社会支持量表(PSSS),采用SPSS15.0建立数据库和Amos7.0进行路径分析。结果1潜艇官兵不同衔级组间心理应激水平存在非常显著性差异(F=12.12,P<0.01),其中高级士官及军官组(51.46±25.19)心理应激水平最高,而义务兵组(35.63±16.94)最低。2潜艇官兵心理应激水平与适应与焦虑型(0.684)、消极应对(0.634)和生活事件(0.404)等呈非常显著性正相关,与内向与外向型(-0.413)、社会支持(-0.326)、积极应对(-0.325)和感情与安详型(-0.302)等呈非常显著性负相关。3适应与焦虑型(直接效应0.421,间接效应0.201)和生活事件(直接效应0.215,间接效应0.190)对潜艇官兵心理应激既有直接效应又有间接效应;消极应对和社会支持对心理应激的影响具有直接效应(分别为0.235和-0.134);懦弱与果断型、积极应对、感情与安详型和内向与外向型对心理应激的影响具有间接效应(依次为0.036、-0.033、0.013、-0.012)。结论潜艇官兵心理应激受生活事件、个性、应对方式和社会支持等多因素的综合影响。
Objective To probe the influential factors of mental stress in submariners and the ways of interaction among them. Methods 437 submariners were evaluated by Psychosocial Stress Survey for Groups（PSSG）,Life Event Scale（LES）,Cattell＇s 16 Personality Factors Test（16-PF）,Trait Coping Style Questionnaire（TCSQ） and Perceived Sociai Support Scale（PSSS）,a database was established with SPSS15.0 and a path analysis was employed with Amos7.0. Results （1）There was a significant difference in the different rank groups on mental stress in submariners （F=12.12 ,P〈0. 01）, which the ability to deal with mental tress in officers and senior noncommissioned officers group （51.46 ±25.19） was good, and that of the conscripts group （35.63±16.94） was poor. （2）The mental stress in submariners was positively correlated with adaptation and anxiety（0. 684） ,disappearing coping style （0. 634）, and life event （0. 404）, and negatively correlated with introvert and extrovert （--0. 413）,social support （--0. 326）, positive coping style （--0. 325）, sensitiveness and quietness （-- 0. 302）.（3）Adaptation and anxiety （direct effects 0. 421, indirect effects 0. 201） and life event （direct effects 0. 215,indirect effects 0. 190） had both direct and indirect effects on mental stress in submariners ;disappearing coping style and social support had direct effects on mental stress （0. 235 and --0. 134）;cowardice and decisiveness, positive coping style ,sensitiveness and quietness ,introvert and extrovert had indirect effects on mental stress （0. 036, -- 0. 033, 0. 013 and -- 0. 012）. Conclusion Mental stress in submariners is affected by life event ,personality ,coping style ,social support and other factors.
