摘要
胜利加氢裂化尾油可以在齐鲁乙烯装置不同型号裂解炉裂解,生产过程中出现裂解炉对流段结焦、急冷油粘度增大、对流段超高压蒸汽温度升高等问题,通过研究分析、模拟评价等手段,找到原因,采取整改措施解决问题。
Shengli hydrocracking tail oil may be cracked in various types of cracking furnace in the Ethylene Plant at Qilu,and some problems emerged in the operation,such as coke deposition in convec- tion section of cracking furnace,increased viscosity of quench oil and increased temperature of ultra-high pressure steam in convection section.Reasons for these problems are identified by means of study and analysis and simulation evaluation,and countermeas- ures are taken to solve these problems.
