摘要
都安山区少数民族经济打破低水平均衡状态,需要选择一种生态条件能够得到充分保护和利用、基础设施项目资金投入效益明显、有利于要素和产业集聚的城镇化模式。发展这种生态型小城镇要在建设重点集镇和创业园、引导人口集中的前提下,走出一条有民族特色的产业化道路,发展循环经济。
A kind of urbanization mode is needed for economy of minority nationalities in Du＇ an mountainous areas to break its trap of low - level balanced state. In this mode, ecological conditions can be fully protected and be put into its best use. The input efficiency of infrastructure project funds can be obviously improved, and the industries and the requisites of production can be attracted and centralized gradually. On the premise of building key towns and pioneering industrial parks and leading people to draw into these places, ecological town development should take an industrial road with distinctive ethnic characteristics and cycling economy.
