摘要
应用平面波展开法研究了二维光子晶体直波导的传播特性.根据计算得到在0.21371~0.27543Hz波段的光波能在波导中很好的传播.并且分析了当圆柱半径从0.1 a^0.5 a发生改变时的带隙规律,研究结果为光子晶体波导器件的开发提供了理论依据.
Propagation characteristics of two - dimensional photonic crystal and wave guide was studied by using the plane - wave expansion method(PWM). 0. 21371 -0.27543Hz light wave can be by very good propagation in the Wave Guide according to calculations. And we analyzed the band gap when the radius from 0.1 a - 0.5a. This research provides a theoretic basics for the development of terahertz wave devices.
