摘要
光学层析这种无辐射伤害的成像技术在生物医学界正得到广泛的研究和应用。文章简要地说明了红光或近红外光在生物组织中的散射和吸收规律。阐明了实现光学层析成像的两种思路及其优缺点。
?A noninvasive method of obtaining threedimensional images--Optical Tomography is well underway in the fields of clinically relevant opticalbiopsy. In this letter, we briefly state the law ofscattering and absorption while red or near-infraredlight pass through biotic tissues and show two ideasof realizing optical tomographical imaging.
