摘要
西安广播电视大学与中共西安市委组织部合作,积极参与西安市干部教育培训工作。西安电大发挥优势,创新干部教育网络培训的模式,是电大开拓发展途径,为构建学习型城市服务的探索。西安电大在干部网络培训中采取的措施主要是建设专门用于干部教育培训的教育在线网站,优化网络教育资源,营造自主学习环境,建立强大的支持服务系统,提供科学的评价体系。
Through cooperation with CPC Xi'an municipal committee,Xi'an TVU actively participated in the educational training of officials in Xi'an.Xi'an TVU innovated the online training mode for officials and explored ways to build a learning-oriented city.Measures taken by Xi'an TVU includes building of an educational training website,optimizing online teaching resources,creating autonomous learning environment,strengthening supportive service system and providing a scientific evaluation system.
