重油催化裂化装置催化剂跑损原因分析

摘要 中国石油大庆炼化公司1.0Mt/a重油催化裂化装置出现了催化剂跑损问题。在检修过程中,发现了引起催化剂破碎的原因,通过整改,装置运行状况良好:催化剂自然跑损量为0.3~0.4kg/t,油浆外甩量控制在5.5t/h,油浆固体物质量浓度不大于2g/L,再生催化剂中0—20μm及20—40μm的细粉体积分数分别为1%~2%,15%~16%。 The abnormal loss of catalyst occurred in a 1.0 Mt/a heavy oil fluidized - bed catalytic cracking unit of Daqing Oil Refining Chemical Company. During an overhand, the cause of catalyst breakage was found out, and the running of the unit was better after revamping and reaetifieation. The normal loss of catalyst was 0. 3 - 0. 4 kg/t, the efflux amount of oil slurry was controlled at 5.5 t/h, the solids concentration in oil slurry was not more than 2 g/L, and the volume fractions of particles of 0 - 20 μm and 20 - 40 μm in the reactivated catalyst were 1% - 2% , 15 % - 16% respectively.
