优化投资环境是城市发展的一个关键。构建投资环境的评价指标体系,比较马鞍山市及周边城市的投资环境,可以看到,优化马鞍山投资环境,加快发展商贸流通业和金融服务业,实施产业结构调整,进一步落实人才战略,对提升马鞍山城市功能具有重要意义。
The optimization of investment environment is the key to city development. The construction of evaluation index system of investment environment, and the comparison of the investment environment between Ma＇ anshan and its neighbors can see the optimization of Ma＇anshan investment environment, the speed-up of the development in circulation of business and trade and in financial service, the implementation of industry structure regulation and talents strategies are significant to the Promotion of Ma＇anshan＇s function.
