摘要
Web3.0是以服务为内容的第三代互联网系统,它的出现将会给互联网用户带来思维和应用的重大变革,也将给会教育的快速发展带来更多的支持。基于Web的演变及Web3.0的界定和特征,可分析其对数字化学习资源的应用价值。
Web3.0 is the third generation intemet system which takes the service, as its content. It will bring the grand revolution of thought and application to users and more support to the educational accelerated development. This article introduces the evolvement of Web3.0 and its definition and characteristics and then analyzes its application values to Digital Learning Resources based on its characteristics.
