摘要
私有制企业劳资利益关系是指在私有产权单一的情况下私人资本所有者与雇佣劳动者之间的利益关系。这种利益关系具有私有产权单一化、权力的不对等性和利益分配的独占性等特征,对企业的效率和社会的稳定都有重要影响。产权结构、工会协调及政府调节等因素决定了劳资双方利益关系的发展态势。
The relationship between labor and capital in the private enterprises indicates a profit relationship be- tween the private capital owners and the employees with the unitary property right. It is characterized by the unitary private property right, unequal rights, the monopoly in profit allocation, and so on, which have a great in- fluence on the efficiency of the enterprises and the stability of our society. Its development is determined by the property right structure, the labor union＇ s coordination and government＇ s regulation, etc.
