摘要
广东服务业多年来规模不断增长,内部结构逐渐优化,新兴服务业迅速崛起,产业地位日益显要,正日渐取代传统工业成为广东新时期经济转型的领头羊。加快广东现代服务业的发展需要借鉴国外成功经验,针对不同服务行业的发展基础和市场化水平选择相应的驱动模式,并以流通服务业、金融服务业、信息服务业、中介服务业、会展服务业、研发服务业为重点,采取加强规划引导、放宽市场准入、加大基础设施建设、大力培育市场主体、推动服务技术创新、加强粤港澳合作和建立专业人才培养新机制等一系列相关配套政策,来推动广东服务业的现代化进程。
The service industry, which is going to replace the traditional industry, has been increasing constantly in these years. Its internal structure is optimizing gradually. Some new service industries have emerged rapidly. The service industry becomes more and more important and becomes a leader in the Guangdong＇ s economic transformation period. To speed up the development of the modern service industry in Guangdong needs to use the successful experience aboard for reference and choose the corresponding driving modal according to the developmental basis and the marketization level of different service industries. Moreover, it should put much em- phasis on the circulation service, the financial service, the information service, the intermediary service, the exhibition industry and the research and development industry. By taking a series of corresponding polices of en- hancing the planning guidance, widening the market access, intensifying the infrastructure construction, foste- ring the market subject, promoting the creativity of service techniques, strengthening the cooperation with Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and setting up the new professional-training mechanism, the process of modernization in Guangdong service industry will surely be promoted.
