摘要
本文探讨了影响回采成本的因素体系,并以此为基础,用系统理论、现点和系统工程方法,求出工作面回采成本的预测模型,实现了对未采工作面回采成本的事前预测,为煤矿工作面回采的经济性提供了依据,有效地解决了长期以来因煤矿工作面回采成本采用事后控制而导致经济效益差的问题。此系统方法在江西萍乡矿务局进行了实证应用,取得了非常满意的结果。
Coal mine extraction cost makes the core of the production cost. Analysed in the paper are the influential elements to the extraction cost, from which, by means of system theory and engineering methods, the working face extraction cost prediction model is deduced. Thus the prediction of an extraction cost can be expected, which may provide an economy basis for the working face extraction. It will effectively solve the poor economy problem caused by an after--controlling of extraction cost. The system method has been applied in Ping Xiang Mining Bureau, Jiangxi Province, with an excellent result.
