摘要
以SolidWorks和EdgeCAM软件为平台,实现了磁盘驱动架虚拟制造系统,对其中的加工特征定义、仿真加工及图文档管理关键技术进行了研究,该系统提高了磁盘驱动架NC编程的准确性和效率。
A virtual manufacturing system for disk arms was implemented on the commercial software platform of SolidWorks and EdgeCAM. Some key techniques, including machining feature definition, machining simulation and the management of drawings and documents were studied. This system improves the correctness and efficiency of the NC programming for disk arms.
