摘要
结合圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧的特点及检测要求,建立了基于上下位机的弹簧检测系统。该系统PC机通过串口发送检测参数到单片机,使得单片机控制现场设备,同时定时读取串口采集的现场检测信息,进行必要的处理,从而实现在确定的行程和速度下进行弹簧压缩性能的检测。经试用表明,该系统具有检测精度高、使用方便及性能完善等特点。
The characters and the pressure measuring demands of cylindrical helical compressed spring were introduced and a measuring system based on PC and SCM was set up. For this system, PC passes parameters to SCM via control spot equipments and reads information of spot equipments controlled with SCM via serial interface. This system can test the compressed property of spring in a certain stroke and velocity. The experiment indicates this systmen has the characteristics of high precision, convenient use and perfect performance.
