摘要 伺服系统和数控系统之间的控制延时影响数控机床的精度和速度。利用工业以太网的高通信速率,设计了一种一体化的伺服系统控制结构。把传统伺服系统的功率放大部分和控制部分分离;控制部分和数控系统组成一体化控制系统,与功率放大部分之间用工业以太网传输PWM控制信息和电流、位置反馈信息。这种改进的伺服系统控制结构能够消除控制信号接口带来的延时,为提高数控机床的精度和速度提供了一种新的思路。 The delay between numerical control (NC) system and the servo system reduces the accuracy and speed of the NC machine. An integrated structure of servo system was designed using the high-rate communication of the industrial Etheruet. The traditional servo system was divided into two parts : one is power amplification and the other is the control part which composes the integrated system with the NC system. The PWM control information, current and position feedback information communicated between the two parts transmited through the industrial Ethernet. This modified servo system control structure can eliminate the transmission delay, and provide a new way to improve the accuracy and speed of the NC machine.
