摘要
综述了近年来用于治疗哮喘或慢性阻塞性肺病的β2受体激动剂、M胆碱受体阻滞剂、磷酸二酯酶Ⅳ抑制剂、糖皮质激素和炎性介质拮抗剂等药物的研究进展。
Progress of drug therapy for asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is reviewed, which included β2 receptor agonist, M cholinergic receptor antagonist, phosphodiesterase IV inhibitors, glucocorticoid and inflammatory mediators antagonist.
